Requirement

  • The number of renders or views

  • The scheme of render (contemporary, minimalist, daytime, night time...)

  • Expected deliver date

Needed information

  • Floorplans, elevations in .DWG .RVT or PDF or sketch up files or hand sketches to let us understand your design

  • FFE (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment)

  • Existing site photos if possible

  • Material photos if possible

Draft & adjustment

  • We will send the draft renders for your review before we finalize the renders.

  • You can easily adjust your design at this time if any

Post render

  • The completed renders will be emailed to you in JPG file in high resolution (minimum size 1500px for the longer side)

revision

  • There are 3 FOC minor revisions (material, colour, lighting, minor change of layout or cabinet design)

  • If you exceed, there will be extra charge based on the changes, we will let you know after receiving the changes

  • For major changes (layout, furniture, scheme design...), there will be extra charge based on the changes. We will let you know after receiving the changes

Payment

  • The payment will be made via transfer, we will issue the invoice with the bank account details.

  • 50% down payment will be made after we send you the 1st drafts

  • The balance of payment will be made after we email the post renders
